Overall good

Great location, easy check-in and out, shared kitchen. All the basics. Good for resting.

It is a bit noisy. Easy to hear people that are inside the building but not outside. Worth it if you don't have any sensitivities/good headphones.

Good enough for the price. Excellent location. Not clean enough.

Positives: it is cheap, the bed is comfortable, it has a great location- walking distance to many cute coffee shops and restaurant’s. The mall is about a 10 minute bike ride away. It’s perfect if you are just there to sleep.

Negatives: it is not very clean, the photos aren’t very accurate of the rooms. They must be very dated. Although it wasn’t the cleanest, I would possibly stay there again for the location alone.

Easy and comfortable!

Very easy check-in even if we are arriving pretty late. The room was not available so we got an upgrade from the hotel. The ground staff barely speaks English but bless her heart, she tried her best!! She showed the room and gave us things that are need for us. Very sweet, and generous. Always ask me how was my day was! The room was on 3rd floor, huge space and everything works well. Clean and comfort, worth the money we've paid for. It was an easy access for me to where I need to be during the trip. 15 mins via car to the city and it wasn't hard to get one and travel around. Will definitely come back!

The room was very spacious and clean.

Unfortunately our room was not finished when we got checked in, so we entered a used room at first. The communication was a little hard, as no one spoke English properly.

Lovely room and receptionist!

The location was great, the room was spacious with strong aircon and the nicest bathroom we’ve had! The lady at reception was so lovely and helped us with our laundry too! Would stay here again.

Only thing to note is that there was construction that would begin outside at around 7am, so we did have to put earplugs in.

Wonderful

Beautiful design of the building and the rooms. The studio was spacious and had a balcony with a view on the calm nearby area. The location was amazing, just a few minutes walking to the West Lake, as well as restaurants and shops. I enjoyed staying there so much more than in the noisy Hanoi city centre.

Nice location, clean room but lower rating due to noise

Clean room in a good location with a nice, neighbourhood type feel. Quieter than the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter (which is what I hoped for) but it seems the neighbours are doing construction which started early in the morning (7am). Bring your earplugs if you're a light sleeper! I found a nice bakery and some international, non-Vietnamese restaurants nearby as I think it's partly an expat neighbourhood.
